Job Description :
– Collecting customer debts from invoice delivery.-Escalation measures for the customer’s delay in paying debts .-Providing customer service regarding collection issues (customer refund , credit note…..etc)-Communicate and follow up effectively with sales and service debt regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.-Perform other assigned tasks
