We are seeking a Collections Officer to manage receivables, ensure timely collections, and maintain client relationships within our real estate organization. The successful candidate will monitor accounts, communicate with stakeholders, negotiate payment arrangements, and coordinate with internal teams. Responsibilities include preparing reports, maintaining documentation, advising on credit control, and escalating high-risk accounts. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 3+ years’ experience in collections (ideally within property), strong knowledge of UK collections legislation, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Key skills include exceptional organization, negotiation abilities, a customer-focused approach, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with real estate collections and familiarity with court processes are desirable. Candidates should be adaptable, resilient, and motivated to achieve collection targets.
