Collections Manager

One of the top International company leading Information Technology Solutions located in Jordan is looking for

Collections Manager

With +4 years of experience in the same field

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or any other related field.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Designing effective strategies to optimize the collection process, minimize bad debt losses, and

improve cash flow.

Monitoring accounts receivable and overseeing the status of outstanding accounts, identifying

delinquent accounts, and tracking payment trends.

Managing and supervising collection staff to ensure compliance with company policies and legal

requirements, as well as maintaining positive customer relationships.

Conducting regular analysis of collection data, preparing reports on collection performance, and

providing insights to management for decision-making.

Communicating with customers to negotiate payment plans or settlements, resolving disputes, and

handling escalated collection issues.

Utilizing technology and implementing process enhancements to streamline collection activities,

enhance efficiency, and improve overall effectiveness.

Providing training and support collection staff, providing guidance on collection techniques and best

practices, and ensuring team members have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

Ensuring compliance by Staying abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing

collections activities, and ensuring compliance in all collection efforts
