Reporting to the Finance Manager, he/she will oversee the credit and collections activities and the timely receiving of payment.What will you do?Execute KONE’s customer credit management, collection and dispute management activities. Deploy credit policies so that an acceptable level of risk is maintained, collections are made on time, losses are kept to a minimum and arrears are economically collected.Execute the collection strategy and ensures the dispute management routing are fit for purpose for the local conditions in alignment with global guidelines.Ensure that bad debt provisions and write-offs are processed according to the defined rules.Resolve complicated collection cases.Perform dispute root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in AccountingMinimum 6 years of experience in a similar role with outdoor B2B collections experience in relevant industriesAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel is a mustSAP knowledge is an added valueVery Good English language skillsExcellent analytical, forecasting and reporting skillsStrong communication and negotiation skillsEffective leader with the ability to coach and manage the teamSuccessful candidates will be invited to complete an automated video interview.
