Job Description:
- Manage and oversee the collections team’s daily operations.
- Develop and implement collection strategies to minimize delinquency and optimize collections.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to collections.
- Supervise and motivate the collections team to achieve collection targets.
- Negotiate payment arrangements with delinquent customers and handle complex cases.
- Review and update collection policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- monitoring overdue accounts, and analyzing collection data to improve performance
- Generate reports on debt aging and collections performance for management review.
- The role also entails leading and training a team to effectively handle collections and achieving key financial targets
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on legal actions when necessary.
