In this capacity, you will serve as a key liaison for our esteemed clientele, initiating contact with prospective customers, effectively conveying product information, cultivating interest, and securing qualified appointments.
Our clientele encompasses a diverse spectrum of entities, ranging from innovative technology startups to established service providers within sectors such as SaaS, digital marketing, information technology services, financial technology, staffing and recruitment, and business consulting. Responsibilities will include engaging with decision-makers within B2B organizations, facilitating their discovery of solutions that demonstrably enhance business performance.
This position transcends conventional appointment setting or call center roles, presenting a challenging and rewarding sales development opportunity specifically designed for individuals committed to professional development and career advancement within the sales domain. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Initiate outbound communication with qualified leads and prospects utilizing designated call lists and scripts.
* Articulate and effectively communicate the client’s value proposition to generate initial interest.
* Assess and qualify leads by identifying their needs, pain points, and readiness to engage in the decision-making process, ensuring alignment with the client’s target profile.
* Address objections with poise and guide conversations toward the scheduling of appointments.
* Maintain consistent follow-up communication with leads demonstrating initial interest, nurturing the relationship and progressing them toward appointment scheduling.
* Schedule and administer all meetings in direct collaboration with the client, ensuring meticulous tracking and confirmation of all relevant details.
* Assume responsibility for meeting outcomes by conducting diligent follow-up with leads and ensuring attendance as scheduled.
* Maintain regular communication with the client to review scheduled meetings, provide progress updates, and offer recommendations for optimizing messaging and targeting strategies.
* Contribute insights and feedback to enhance cold calling strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all activities and outcomes within the designated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
**Compensation:**
* Base salary commencing at USD 1,000 per month, complemented by performance-based incentives.
**Work Schedule:**
* Full-time position
* Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
