Position: Cold Caller (Expert Outreach & Engagement)

Type: Self-Employed (Contract)

Compensation Structure

Earnings:

The compensation will start once the cold caller gets 1 expert sign-up and submission to

A company client

800$ per month working 9hrs per day at 90% engagement plus commission assuming reaching 50

credits per month or more

$400 per month working 9hrs per day at 90% engagement plus commission if below 50 credits was

reached.

The individual must achieve 1 submission daily for a company client daily otherwise the deal changes without notice to $200 contingent on 1 expert submission to a company client per day, plus $100/credit.

Required 90% productivity and 25 dials per hour otherwise earnings pro rata

Commission:

30$ per individual credit achieved, 10$ per team credit if applicable

Schedule as directed, but expected 8am-8pm UK time, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

– Proactively reach out to potential experts and explain the opportunity

– Ensure experts understand the process and assist them in signing up

– Follow up and maintain engagement to increase expert conversions

– Keep records updated and accurately log progress

– Collaborate with coordinators to ensure expert profiles are submitted to clients

– Meet submission and performance targets consistently

Requirements

– Strong communication skills and confident cold calling experience

– Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a reliable internet connection

– Able to maintain high call volume and meet performance expectations

– Familiarity with outreach tools and professional email communication

Definitions

Submission:

– Expert signs up

– Completes screening questions

– Coordinator submits profile to a client

Credit:

– Client books and completes a 60-minute call with the expert
