The role encompasses the following responsibilities: assisting the lead teacher in monitoring the class schedule; supporting teachers with lesson preparation through material acquisition, equipment setup, and preparation of presentations and worksheets; providing individual or small group instruction to revise lesson material with students; maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment; collaborating with the lead teacher on implementing and enforcing classroom rules; assisting subject teachers with preparation and execution of indoor and outdoor activities; supervising students during non-instructional periods, including transitions, lunch, and field trips; collaborating with lead teachers to identify student challenges and recommend solutions; documenting student progress and communicating with parents to provide updates; aiding lead teachers in the development of lesson plans, worksheets, and presentations; adhering to all school and classroom policies and procedures; attending mandatory training sessions, parent conferences, and faculty meetings; accompanying students during physical education sessions and school events; and providing remedial instruction to struggling students, documenting session feedback, and submitting written reports detailing their level and progress.
