**Solution Architect – Cyber Security & Cloud**
**Location:** Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
**Employment Type:** One-Year Contract
**Role Summary:**
The organization seeks a seasoned Solution Architect specializing in Cyber Security and Cloud technologies. The successful candidate will spearhead the design, implementation, and governance of advanced cybersecurity and cloud solutions, ensuring strict adherence to industry standards (e.g., NCA, SAMA, ISO 27001) and fostering business development within the cybersecurity and cloud sectors. This position encompasses the management of ICT government projects, oversight of vendor relationships, and enforcement of regulatory compliance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Solution Design and Implementation:**
* Architect and deploy cybersecurity and cloud solutions in accordance with business and governmental mandates.
* Ensure compliance with local regulations (NCA, SAMA, etc.) and global standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
* Implement robust security frameworks and best practices across cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-premises environments.
2. **Vendor and Compliance Management:**
* Manage third-party vendors, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
* Conduct audits and risk assessments to validate compliance with established cybersecurity policies.
* Oversee partner compliance for security and cloud service providers.
3. **ICT Government Project Leadership:**
* Lead government cybersecurity and cloud initiatives, ensuring alignment with national regulations and strategic objectives.
* Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.
4. **Business Growth and Strategy:**
* Drive business development for cybersecurity and cloud services, identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
* Develop comprehensive proposals, RFP responses, and go-to-market strategies for security and cloud solutions.
* Engage strategically with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies to expand market presence.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of five (5) years of experience in cybersecurity and cloud architecture, with demonstrable experience in government and/or enterprise projects.
* Comprehensive knowledge of NCA, SAMA, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and other relevant compliance frameworks.
* Practical experience with AWS/Azure/GCP security, SIEM, IAM, and DevSecOps methodologies.
* Exceptional vendor and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Proven track record of success in business development for cybersecurity and cloud services.
* Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, or AWS/Azure Security certifications are highly desirable.
* Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Arabic is preferred.
