Job Description:**Clinical Project Lead Opportunity at IROS**

The Clinical Project Lead will assume responsibility for the complete lifecycle management of clinical trials, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery, while serving as the principal point of contact for sponsors, research sites, and internal stakeholders. This role encompasses the oversight of all facets of study execution, including regulatory submissions, site management, vendor oversight, and the attainment of project milestones, with a focus on fostering collaborative relationships among all involved parties.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Serve as the primary liaison between the Sponsor, research sites, and internal project teams.
* Manage Ethics Committee/Regulatory Authority submissions and ensure adherence to regulatory timelines.
* Oversee study milestones, progress tracking, and comprehensive reporting.
* Conduct co-monitoring visits with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), provide support for CRA performance, and ensure the quality of monitoring reports.
* Coordinate effectively with internal/external stakeholders and third-party vendors.
* Lead the development, review, and approval of essential project-related documentation.
* Manage Investigator Meetings, contract negotiations, and logistical arrangements.
* Supervise team members, provide constructive feedback, and support business development initiatives.
* Ensure strict adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Serve as Project Manager for smaller-scale clinical trials.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
* A minimum of six years of clinical research experience, including five years of experience in interventional clinical trials.
* Demonstrated experience with Phases I-IV clinical trials and prior experience within a CRO or sponsor organization is preferred.
* Comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, FDA regulations, and CTA processes.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
* Proficiency in written and spoken English and the Microsoft Office suite; a valid driver’s license is required.
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and perform under pressure.
