This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their needs, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for growth. The CRM will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless service delivery.ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & RetentionBuild and nurture long-term relationships with key clients.Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high service standards.Strategic Account ManagementDevelop and execute client engagement strategies aligned with business goals.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with sales and product teams.Monitor client account performance and profitability.Operational CoordinationLiaise with internal departments (Sales, Product, IT, Customer Service) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.Serve as the escalation point for client concerns and coordinate resolution efforts.Reporting & AnalysisMaintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback using CRM tools.Prepare and present reports on client metrics, satisfaction scores, and growth opportunities.Market IntelligenceStay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client expectations.Use insights to refine engagement strategies and improve service delivery.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in financial services or B2B environments.SkillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.Preferred AttributesExperience in KSA market and understanding of local client dynamics.Fluency in Arabic and English.Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
