**Client Relationship Manager – Dubai Office**
Based in the Dubai office, the Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, encompassing all non-legal communications (related to non-billable work) and relationship development activities. This role focuses on enhancing client service and satisfaction, safeguarding the portfolio, and expanding Walkers’ business reach. Additional responsibilities will be assigned by Senior Management as needed.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Maintain the health of the CRM portfolio by ensuring compliance with government and statutory requirements, internal KYC/CDD protocols, and AR management.
* Cultivate trusted client relationships through proactive and excellent client care, serving as the primary point of contact for all non-legal inquiries and workflows.
* Serve as a key liaison between clients, WPS, and the Law Firm, providing support for administrative, compliance, client portals, billing enquiries and other non-billable/non-legal matters.
* Collaborate with Walkers Relationship Partners and Senior WPS colleagues to develop strategies for expanding/cross-selling WPS services to CRM portfolio clients, leveraging knowledge of their business needs.
* Disseminate WPS marketing materials to clients and external intermediaries as appropriate.
* Participate in seasonal client engagements and activities in conjunction with the law firm and WPS marketing teams.
* Undertake ad hoc projects and provide support for broader WPS initiatives as required.
**Qualifications:**
* Undergraduate degree required.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in professional services business development or client relationship management.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong administrative and multitasking skills.
* Strong general knowledge of the industry and market sector dynamics.
* Ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently.
* Analytical approach, comfortable with processes, and able to work at pace independently or within a team.
* Demonstrated trustworthiness and discretion in handling confidential information.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
* High level of digital competence, including expertise in Windows/Microsoft Word/Microsoft Excel/Microsoft Outlook/Microsoft PowerPoint.
* Experience with ViewPoint is an advantage.
