Job Description:
1. Vehicle Management Support
– Settlement of drivers’ timesheet-based wages
– Collection of bank transfer records and review of working hours
– Preparation of hourly work reports
– Dispatch coordination for daily/hourly drivers
– Handling dispatch requests occurring on weekends and after working hours
– Handling inquiries and complaints from vehicle managers and drivers
– Management of working conditions and improvement matters
2. Residence Visa & Work Permit Support
– Support for employees’ residence visa processing
– Assistance with work permit issuance
3. SC Issuance & Site Access Support
– Support for SC issuance required for site entry of employees (including local hires)
and partner companies
– Assistance to ensure smooth site access for employees and subcontractors
