Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Tendering / Estimation Civil Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates, review tenders, and ensure competitive proposals aligned with company goals.
Responsibilities:
Review tender documents, drawings, and BOQs to prepare detailed cost estimates.
Collect quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, perform rate analysis.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for civil works within MEP projects.
Coordinate with tendering team and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
