Job Description
- Ability to read and check structural and architectural drawings.
- Quantity surveyor and pricing with efficient cost and best quality.
- Supervise concrete casting.
- Experience about finishes such as electricity and plumber.
- Knowledge of good quality finishing for ceramic and tiles.
- Ability to analyse architectural facades ad how to apply them.
- Continuously developing and knows how the workers can cheat.
- Ability to write contracts or revise them wisely.
- Apply our specifications on each project.
- No specific working hours (hours dependable on work and achievement).
Skills
- BS in Civil Engineer/Architectural (preferably graduated from Kuwait).
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Valid driving licence and a car.
- Valid membership in Kuwait Engineering Society.
