We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of projects that meet and exceed client expectations. Responsibilities: Monitor and ensure contractor compliance with project and business goals, including key performance indicators (KPIs), safety protocols, quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints. Initiate and chair regular meetings and workshops necessary for the successful completion of works according to agreed-upon quality standards, safety regulations, budget limitations, and project schedules. Provide expert guidance in the interpretation of specifications, procedures, methodologies, schedules, and productivity metrics. Review and resolve clashes or conflicts related to contractor performance, identifying optimal solutions to address challenges. Manage all correspondence and submittals between the contractor and the project office, ensuring timely routing and response. Review shop drawings, as-built drawings, material submittals, and technical or contractual clarifications submitted by the contractor. Coordinate and route documentation for approvals from various departmental stakeholders and end-users. Review contractor’s monthly invoices and progress reports. Assess daily work plans to ensure adherence to project requirements. Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering. Demonstrated experience in site monitoring related to progress, safety, and quality control. Proficiency in using CAE/CAD applications. Ability to prepare standard engineering analyses and material quantity takeoffs. Thorough understanding of specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents. Ability to provide input and technical guidance to junior engineers. Comprehensive understanding of Saudi Building Codes. Desired Skills: Effective team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision. Ability to provide direction and guidance to others. Possession of a valid KSA Driving License.
