Civil Engineer

Our client is a leading building construction and contracting company in Dubai is looking for a Civil Engineer to join their team, working on a mix of residential and industrial projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be technically strong, site-focused, and capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for residential and industrial building projects.Review drawings, specifications, and method statements and ensure works are executed as per approved plans and standards.Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project progress.Prepare and update work schedules, progress reports, and site documentation.Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements at site.Assist in quantity take-off, material requisitions, and verification of subcontractor works.Participate in inspections, snagging, and handover of completed works.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.3 to 5 years of experience in building construction, preferably in the UAE.Hands-on experience in residential and/or industrial projects (warehouses, factories, etc.).Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes, and structural works.Familiarity with local authority regulations and building codes in Dubai is an advantage.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office; knowledge of planning software is a plus.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work on diverse residential and industrial projects.Supportive, professional work environment with growth potential.
