Job Description:**Option 1: Utilizing Active Voice (Emphasizing Action)**

The incumbent will:

* Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
* Report site issues, delays, or deviations to senior engineering personnel or project managers.
* Support the preparation and review of engineering drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project documentation.
* Assist in quantity take-offs, material calculations, and site measurements.
* Contribute to the preparation of work schedules and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
* Update daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
* Assist with the inspection of materials and workmanship on site.
* Support the implementation of quality assurance procedures under the direction of senior staff.
* Enforce adherence to site safety practices.
* Immediately report unsafe acts or conditions.
* Coordinate communication between site workers, foremen, and the office team.
* Attend site meetings and document action items and decisions.
* Maintain site diaries, labor records, and photographic documentation.
* Support the preparation of documents for client or consultant review.
* Participate in training programs and shadow senior engineers to acquire knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project).
