Job Description:**Interpretation and Translation Services:**
The incumbent will be responsible for providing comprehensive interpretation and translation services between Chinese and Egyptian personnel, encompassing the following key areas:
1. **Real-time Oral Interpretation:** Facilitate effective communication during daily operational activities, encompassing work instructions, meetings, and training sessions, through real-time oral translation between Chinese and Egyptian staff. Mitigate language barriers and misunderstandings to foster enhanced team collaboration.
2. **Document Translation:** Translate factory-related documentation, including business reports, production forms, and training manuals, ensuring accuracy in the translation of technical terminology, specifically pertaining to areas such as mobile manufacturing and electronics.
3. **Training and Meeting Support:** Provide interpretation services during technical and management training sessions. Translate meeting minutes, PowerPoint presentations, and other relevant materials to ensure comprehensive understanding.
4. **Administrative and Operational Support:** Execute essential cross-cultural administrative tasks, including the translation of emails, notices, and announcements. Provide support to Human Resources in employee interviews and onboarding communications, as required.
Skills:
1- Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (HSK 4 or above/equivalent), with strong written and verbal translation skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing/technical terminology is a plus.
2- Experience:
- Prior translation experience (especially in factories, manufacturing, or tech fields) preferred.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional language skills may be considered.
3- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PPT) for document formatting.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and problem-solving abilities.
4- Work Ethic:
- Adaptable to factory environments and overtime.
