Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Retail | Saudi Arabia

The CTO will lead the technology strategy and execution for a large multi-country retail business across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. The role focuses on scaling and optimizing a Microsoft Dynamics 365–based ERP and retail technology landscape, enabling operational excellence, omnichannel growth, and secure, resilient platforms.Work location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaKey Accountabilities Own and execute the enterprise technology strategy aligned with retail growth.Lead and govern Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, SCM, Commerce) and related retail systems.Enable multi-country retail operations across stores, warehouses, and digital channels.Oversee ERP, POS, WMS, e-commerce, data, and system integrations.Drive digital, omnichannel, and operational efficiency initiatives.Ensure cybersecurity, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in KSA & GCC.Lead IT teams, vendors, and system integrators with strong delivery governance.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are Looking for:Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.A minimum of 15 years of hands on experience.Senior technology leadership experience (CTO / CIO / Head of IT) in large retail, FMCG, or consumer businesses.Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP environments.Proven track record supporting multi-country or multi-location operations.Solid understanding of retail operations systems and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).Strong vendor management, governance, and executive stakeholder skills.Experience in GCC markets, particularly Saudi Arabia, is a must
