Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Chief Technology Officer to be based in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Provide technical support and supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Identify and analyse emerging trends of the technology landscape and developments as well as provide recommendations and present business ideas for technology initiatives and improvements.
- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
- Develop strategies to support long-term goals through technological advancements.
- Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems.
- Ensure compliance with data security standards.
- Monitor and manage IT budgets to assess technological performance while ensuring cost efficiency.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or similar.
- Proven experience in Product/IT Solution development, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Startup and Multinational Experience is an advantage.
- Have managed multiple software development projects.
- Proven track record of success in leadership positions, technology innovation, design, development, and implementation
- Strong background in frontend or backend technologies and programming languages.
- Ability to pitch ideas to investors.
- Possesses critical thinking & problem-solving skills; Successful track record of delivering business results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and strong interpersonal skills.
