Job Description:The organization seeks to recruit a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to direct and administer the daily administrative and operational activities of the company. The COO will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and function as the second-ranking officer within the organizational structure.
This position necessitates a strategic-minded individual possessing a substantive background in operations management, capable of effectively managing all internal facets of the business to ensure departmental efficiency and effectiveness. The COO will also represent the company at its international branches as necessary.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
* Administer daily company operations across all departments.
* Direct recruitment and hiring initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
* Oversee financial operations and the development of budgets.
* Manage production oversight and quality control procedures.
* Implement and monitor the company’s strategic business plans.
* Maintain internal alignment and operational discipline throughout the organization.
* Support the CEO by managing internal affairs, thereby enabling the CEO to concentrate on external responsibilities.
* Travel to international branches to provide support and supervision of overseas operations.
Skills:
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in operations or executive leadership roles
Strong analytical, managerial, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to make informed decisions and manage complex situations
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
Willingness and ability to travel abroad when required
A chief operating officer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a company. Their responsibilities can include:

Keep in mind that the role of a COO may vary from company to company according to each firm’s needs.
Depending on the CEO’s preference, the COO often handles a company’s internal affairs, while the CEO functions as the public face of the company, and thereby handles all outward-facing communication.
Compensation Package:
Gross Monthly Salary: EGP 35,000
Health insurance after 3 months
Working hours: Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday off
