Job Description:The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will provide strategic leadership and direction for all human resources functions, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission, values, and strategic objectives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies, overseeing HR operations, talent management, organizational development, and ensuring compliance with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia labor laws and governance frameworks. The CHRO serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing data-driven insights to optimize workforce performance and foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. This role requires a minimum of 15 years of diverse HR experience, including 5 years in a leadership capacity, and significant experience within government or semi-government organizations. Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and change management skills are essential.
