Job Description:A dynamic and rapidly expanding pet food manufacturing firm located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join its leadership team. The company is dedicated to providing pet owners throughout the region with premium, nutritious pet food products. The CFO will be responsible for: providing financial leadership across all aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis; developing and executing mergers and acquisitions strategies to foster growth and expand market presence; managing the company’s capital structure, encompassing debt and equity financing; ensuring accurate and efficient manufacturing accounting practices, including cost control, inventory management, and financial reporting; identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks to safeguard company assets; leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals; and collaborating with the CEO and executive team on the development and implementation of long-term strategic financial plans. Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- MBA or CFA preferred.Minimum [10] years of experience as a CFO or equivalent role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in M&A transactions, including deal structuring, valuation, and integration.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
