Job Description:We are seeking a Chief Accountant possessing demonstrable expertise in cost accounting and comprehensive experience in the management of financial operations. This individual will be instrumental in upholding financial accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee and manage recurring financial operations.
* Develop and implement cost accounting systems to monitor and control expenditure effectively.
* Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
* Ensure adherence to all relevant tax regulations, labor laws, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
* Manage the monthly close process, including the analysis of transactions and preparation of necessary journal entries.
* Execute month-end closing activities, such as account reconciliation, revenue recognition, and expense recording.
* Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing required documentation and ensuring accurate and timely responses to inquiries.
* Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of accounting professionals.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the designated areas of responsibility.
* Perform other related financial duties as assigned by senior management.
