Job Description:**Subject: Sales Engineer – Chemical/Petrochemical Sector**

A reputable chemical/petrochemical trading company seeks a highly qualified Sales Engineer to join its team in Dubai.

**Job Responsibilities:**

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing sales opportunities for chemical, petrochemical, and drilling fluid products within ADNOC and its affiliated companies. This includes managing the full tendering cycle within ADNOC’s eSourcing/CESA/ARIBA systems, preparing technical and commercial proposals aligned with ADNOC specifications, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting technical presentations, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring market trends, and providing post-tender support. The role also requires maintaining accurate sales forecasts and ensuring compliance with company policies and ADNOC guidelines.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or a related discipline is mandatory.
* A minimum of three to five years of sales experience within the chemical, petrochemical, oilfield services, or drilling fluids sector in the UAE is required.
* Demonstrable experience with ADNOC tendering systems (eSourcing, CESA, ARIBA, etc.) and a proven track record in selling drilling fluids, production chemicals, or other ADNOC-approved materials are essential.
* Candidates must possess a strong understanding of oil and gas operations, drilling processes, and chemical applications, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* A valid UAE driving license is required.

**Preferred Skills:**

Knowledge of ADNOC prequalification processes, experience with pricing strategies for chemical products, the ability to interpret technical datasheets, strong problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with supply chain logistics are highly desirable. An existing network within ADNOC, EPC contractors, and oilfield service companies is preferred.

**Compensation:**

Salary will be commensurate with industry norms.
