You will collaborate with ecosystem players such as fintechs, e-commerce platforms, and strategic distribution partners to unlock new customer acquisition channels and expand Tamara’s reach. This is a strategic and execution-focused role with direct impact on revenue and market presence.Your ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage relationships with key distribution and referral partners such as fintechs and e-commerce platformsLead partnership proposals and agreements, ensuring smooth execution and mutual value deliveryMonitor partner performance and drive improvements in sign-ups, engagement, and GMVLead co-marketing and joint go-to-market initiatives to boost partner-led acquisitionTrack initiative performance and optimize strategies for better resultsAnalyze market trends to identify new partnership opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams (Demand Generation, Product, Integration, Onboarding) to align partnership activitiesDeliver training sessions and create scalable enablement materials for partners and their merchant networksYour expertiseExperience1–2 years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, business development, or commercial rolesA good understanding of fintech, payments, e-commerce, or SaaS is a plusSkilsStrong relationship management and communication skillsStrategic thinking with the ability to structure and support high-impact partnershipsComfortable with data analysis and performance trackingExcellent project management and stakeholder coordination abilitiesExcellent understanding of technology with good experience in using softwares such as (Salesfroce, Tableau, Google Suite, Slack… among others)AttributesProactive, collaborative, and commercially mindedThrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentPassionate about driving business growth through partnershipsDetail-oriented and outcome-drivenAll qualified individuals are encouraged to apply.
