Job Description:**Job Description**
The Change Practitioner will assume a critical role within the Change Management team for an Enterprise project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focusing on the human aspects of change. This position is responsible for facilitating employee adoption of organizational changes to achieve desired outcomes, working in collaboration with the Change Management Deployment Leader and team members to implement effective change adoption strategies. The Change Practitioner reports to the Change Management Deployment Leader and collaborates with the project team, including the PM-CM SME, Business Analyst, and Change Champion Network Manager. This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities, but it provides guidance and support to team members, fosters collaboration, and serves as a resource for change-related inquiries.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement customized Change Management plans to address the specific needs of employees affected by the transformation.
* Conduct impact assessments to evaluate the effects of change initiatives on stakeholders and identify potential barriers to adoption.
* Engage stakeholders at all levels to gather feedback, address concerns, and foster buy-in for change initiatives.
* Design and deliver workshops and programs, and communication materials that inform and prepare employees for upcoming changes.
* Coach and support employees during the change process, assisting them in navigating challenges and embracing new ways of working.
* Monitor the effectiveness of Change Management activities, gathering data on adoption rates, user proficiency, and overall organizational impact.
* Identify and address resistance to change through engagement strategies that alleviate concerns and promote a positive outlook.
**Technical Responsibilities Related to Culture Transformation:**
* Assess the current organizational culture to identify areas that require modification to support desired changes.
* Collaborate with the Change Management Deployment Leader to develop initiatives that align the organizational culture with new values and behaviors.
* Conduct workshops and focus groups to engage employees in culture transformation discussions, gathering insights to inform strategies.
* Support leadership in modeling and promoting the desired culture, providing coaching and resources as needed.
* Monitor the progress of culture transformation efforts, assessing their effectiveness and adjusting based on feedback and results.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
* Prosci® Change Management Certification is required. CCMP® and Project Management Certification are desirable.
* Three to five years of experience in Change Management using Prosci Methodologies, Tools & Resources, on large-scale transformation initiatives, preferably in a multinational and multi-cultural environment.
* Recent work experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is required.
* Proven track record of successfully leading culture transformation initiatives in complex organizations is required.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficiency in Change Management methodologies and tools, with a solid understanding of Project Management principles.
* Excellent analytical skills for conducting impact assessments and identifying barriers to change.
* Ability to design and deliver effective training/workshop and communication materials tailored to diverse audiences.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges related to change adoption.
* Cultural competence: Familiarity with the Saudi Arabia business environment and specific cultural nuances is required, enabling effective interaction with diverse teams and stakeholders and adapting & aligning Change Management and culture transformation approaches with local cultural contexts and sensitivities.
* Native Arabic language speaker with English language – both written and verbal proficiency.
* Excellent active listening skills with ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
* Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
* Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations with a propensity to persevere with resilience and tenacity.
* Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics. Being forward-looking with a holistic approach to problem-solving and root cause identification skills.
