The Advisory teams support organizations through restructuring and expansion initiatives, whether achieved organically or via acquisitions. Furthermore, KPMG assists clients in enhancing operational efficiency and adapting to the evolving dynamics of the business environment.

**Role Overview**

This critical role entails leading the design and implementation of communication strategies to support cybersecurity initiatives and organizational change. The incumbent will serve as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring the effective dissemination of key messages to both internal and external audiences. Expertise in stakeholder engagement, content development, and change communication will be paramount in fostering adoption and alignment at the client level and beyond.

**Primary Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities**

* Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to support cybersecurity and broader organizational initiatives.
* Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand their perspectives and incorporate them into tailored communication plans.
* Design and execute targeted communication plans for diverse internal and external audiences.
* Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis to assess communication needs, preferences, and areas of concern.
* Create and manage content, including executive presentations, frequently asked questions (FAQs), email campaigns, and talking points for leadership.
* Support change management initiatives through proactive messaging and engagement efforts.
* Translate technical and cybersecurity concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical audiences.
* Contribute to the development of communication toolkits, case studies, and knowledge resources for broader team utilization.
* Remain informed about industry trends, competitor messaging strategies, and internal stakeholder feedback.
* Uphold the firm’s quality standards by ensuring communication deliverables align with client and business expectations.
* Build internal and external networks and participate in professional forums to enhance influence and visibility.
* Share knowledge and communication best practices across teams and contribute to capability development initiatives.

**Qualifications & Experience**

* Four (4) to nine (9) years of relevant experience in communications, change management, or management consulting.
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in communications, public relations, business, or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering strategic communication within a cybersecurity or digital transformation environment.
* Comprehensive understanding of stakeholder engagement and audience-specific messaging.
* Proven ability to manage content development for multiple channels and stakeholder levels.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, NIA, QCSF, ISO) is desirable.
* Experience with a Big 4 firm or consulting organization is preferred.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential.

Skills:

Candidates should have 4-9 years of relevant experience in communications, change management, or management consulting.

A bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong communication skills in Arabic and English are also required.
