Job Description:The incumbent will provide executive-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, encompassing calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel coordination; serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external constituents, facilitating clear and timely communication; prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO; manage and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and documents to optimize the CEO’s time allocation; coordinate logistical arrangements for executive meetings, board meetings, and company events, including agenda preparation and minute-taking; conduct research and compile data to inform the CEO’s decision-making and strategic planning processes; maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of professional conduct; assist in the management of special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO; monitor and track progress on key action items, providing follow-up as required; and support the CEO in maintaining relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.

Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle urgent requests.
  • Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to tasks.
