Job Description :

Ensure to interpret business strategy and determine innovative solutions supporting strategy implementation.Design, research, develop, analyse and suggest new marketing concepts as well as strategies.Design and model solutions for customer innovation and experience along with similar initiatives variants.Perform with innovation development groups to conduct insights as well as design outputs to their work.Manage and evaluate portfolio data and innovation pipeline assisting strategic decision-making and Go-to-Market process.Ensure to share decisions authority to translate strategies in procedures and programs.Lead and direct different cross-functional programs and projects of varied sizes and types concurrently.Manage and attain customer expectations and ensure delivery fulfill expectations.Coordinate all cross-functional activities, represent customers internally and collaborate with leaders in varied areas on allocation across projects and resource planning.Coordinate new product along with packaging plans with suitable contacts.Partner with Operations and other functional teams as needed to scale innovation initiatives across the company’s portfolio.comfortable with quantitative and qualitative data and have experience defining and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs).Analyse lots of data, including opportunity analysis and test result analysis.Use that data analysis to define product vision and future direction by generating new product and feature ideas that will impact the business.Ensure to exercise decision-making and independent judgment while being aligned with customers and management.

Job Requirements :

Min. 8 years of Experience in the Marketing field.Relevant Bachelor’s degree.Understands the strategic & tactical nature of the business.Demonstrates ability to manage up and across organization.Ability to collaborate with different departments internally.Ability to understand consumer needs and opportunities & communicate with agencies to translate them into relevant campaigns.Multi-function and multi-tasking abilities.Familiar with different Market Research techniques
