- Maintain and update the automotive product catalog, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with vendors to collect, verify, and standardize product data, including specifications, images, and pricing.
- Monitor catalog performance and identify gaps or inconsistencies in product listings.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as customer support, sales, and logistics to resolve catalog-related issues.
- Implement quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with platform standards.
- Optimize product listings for searchability and discoverability within the marketplace.
- Assist in onboarding new vendors by guiding them through catalog submission and data requirements.
- Analyze catalog data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential errors.
- Support the integration of new payment options and delivery methods into product listings.
- Generate regular reports on catalog health, product coverage, and data quality metrics.
