Job Description:
- Accurately process sales transactions using the point of sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments while ensuring proper change is given.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and addressing their inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area at all times.
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting discrepancies as needed.
- Assist with stocking shelves and replenishing merchandise as required.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Support promotional activities and upsell products to enhance customer experience.
