Job Description:

  • Oversee and schedule the pharmacist call center team to ensure 24/7 customer service.
  • Assist in the formulation of targets for individuals and teams
  • Hire and onboard new employees
  • Manage customer inquiries related to medications, OTC products, and medical services.
  • Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback
  • Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed
  • Measure performance with key metrics such as call abandonment, call waiting etc.
  • Prepare monthly/annual results and performance reports

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is a must.
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role/pharmacy chain
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in team leadership and performance monitoring is a plus.
