**Position: Call Center Manager**

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Call Center Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Call Center Manager will be responsible for the following:

* Managing customer service, sales, and after-sales operations.
* Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
* Supervising and leading the contact center team.
* Employing analytical skills to optimize operational processes.
* Identifying and addressing the training requirements of team members.
* Providing support in the recruitment and selection of team personnel.
* Overseeing the training and integration of new hires.

**Work Schedule and Location**

* Five working days per week, with two days off.
* Location: Dokki, Giza.

Skills:

Qualifications

  • English fluency is a must.
  • Inbound and outbound Contact Center Management experience is a must.
  • Experience in the travel industry is a huge plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive performance and meet KPIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
