Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Make calls to different companies introducing business capabilities and helping to finding potential partners in the market for new business opportunities.
  2. Providing product and service information to customers.
  3. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
  5. Handling and resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary.
  6. Managing and updating customer accounts.
  7. Upselling products and services to customers.
  8. Adhering to company policies and procedures.
  9. Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet.
  3. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  6. Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively.
  7. Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  8. Proficiency in using call center software and systems.
