Responsibilities:
- Make calls to different companies introducing business capabilities and helping to finding potential partners in the market for new business opportunities.
- Providing product and service information to customers.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary.
- Managing and updating customer accounts.
- Upselling products and services to customers.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
