Job Description:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Receive and follow up on orders both online and in-store (confirmation – processing – shipping – delivery).
  • Resolve customer complaints according to company policies or escalate complex cases to the supervisor.
  • Update customer and order information in the CRM or internal system.
  • Adhere to call quality standards and achieve KPIs (call volume, conversion rate, customer satisfaction).
  • Guide customers to the nearest branch or best offer.
  • Monitor orders via website and social media channels.
  • Support customers with payment issues, order confirmation, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
  • Achieve sales targets and improve conversion rates.
  • Present products and offers convincingly, handling objections professionally.
  • Record and follow up on sales leads in the CRM or internal system.
