Job Description:
- Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Receive and follow up on orders both online and in-store (confirmation – processing – shipping – delivery).
- Resolve customer complaints according to company policies or escalate complex cases to the supervisor.
- Update customer and order information in the CRM or internal system.
- Adhere to call quality standards and achieve KPIs (call volume, conversion rate, customer satisfaction).
- Guide customers to the nearest branch or best offer.
- Monitor orders via website and social media channels.
- Support customers with payment issues, order confirmation, cancellations, and modifications.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Achieve sales targets and improve conversion rates.
- Present products and offers convincingly, handling objections professionally.
- Record and follow up on sales leads in the CRM or internal system.
