The incumbent is responsible for providing prompt and professional support to clients through various communication channels, including telephone, electronic mail, and online chat. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments and managing reservations for spa, fitness center, and medical services; disseminating comprehensive information regarding GROOVY Medical Spa’s services, promotions, and operational protocols; resolving client issues and grievances with a focus on empathy to ensure a positive client experience; maintaining precise client records and updating relevant data within the CRM system; collaborating with internal departments to facilitate seamless service delivery and client contentment; conducting follow-up communications with clients to confirm appointments and solicit post-service feedback; adhering rigorously to all organizational regulations, procedures, and confidentiality mandates; consistently achieving or surpassing individual and collective performance goals related to response efficiency and client satisfaction; and actively participating in continuous professional development initiatives to remain current on new services, products, and industry best practices.
