Job Description:تقديم الدعم الهاتفي للعملاء والإجابة على استفساراتهم، ومساعدتهم في حل المشكلات وتوجيههم بكفاءة، وإدارة المكالمات الواردة والصادرة، ومتابعة العملاء وتقديم حلول فورية ومرضية، وتوثيق بيانات المكالمات والتفاعل مع الأنظمة الداخلية.
Skills:
University degree.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (a plus).
Ability to handle work pressure and work within a team.
Proficient in the use of computers and telephone communication software.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (a plus).
