Job Description
- Carry out relevant duties of managing incoming and outgoing calls as per the assigned schedule.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- provide information to the customer about our products and create lead using proper lead type.
- Contribute to the company’s growth by improving the number of connections using pleasant and informative conversations.
- Manage a comprehensive call center record by storing data related to all incoming and outgoing official telephonic conversations.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by reducing call waiting and offering a delightful telephonic conversation.
Skills
- Prior exposure to working in a call center or customer service support profile.
- Good command of verbal communication skills to intrigue the listener and provide accurate information.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong command of handling relevant computer operation activities to boost overall work productivity.
- Polished convincing and negotiations skills.
- Portraying a positive outlook towards suggestions from the management related to required improvements.
