CAD Coordinator (with Dental Background)

About the Role
 

We’re looking for a CAD Coordinator with a dental background to join our growing team in Egypt.
This role plays a vital part in managing daily CAD operations, ensuring workflow alignment with quality standards and KPIs, and driving process improvements to support efficient and accurate case delivery.

You’ll work closely with — and report directly to — the Head of CAD Team, collaborating with cross-functional departments to optimize production timelines, elevate output quality, and ensure smooth communication between teams.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the CAD team, ensuring smooth case flow and adherence to production timelines.

Monitor and maintain quality standards, ensuring all designs meet K Line’s precision and performance criteria.

Support the Head of CAD in tracking KPIs, analyzing performance data, and implementing improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with internal departments (Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Customer Success) to ensure project alignment and on-time delivery.

Train and mentor new team members on CAD protocols, workflows, and dental design standards.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and digital dentistry best practices.

Participate in cross-departmental meetings to discuss operational bottlenecks and propose process enhancements.
