This role goes beyond traditional check-in/check-out procedures, focusing on delivering a wide range of services that guide guests throughout their stay. The Guest Experience Expert is empowered to proactively address guest needs, process operational requirements, complete reports, and share insights into the local area, ensuring every interaction enhances the guest experience. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional service to guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations. Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately. Address guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and effectively. Complete operational reports and maintain accurate records. Share information about local attractions and provide recommendations to guests. Maintain a safe and secure work environment. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets. Uphold quality standards in all aspects of the role. Maintain a professional appearance and communication style. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested. Physical Requirements: The role requires the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
