**SAP Business Site Lead – Role Overview**

The SAP Business Site Lead will be responsible for leading the business project team and ensuring the timely delivery of business-related project components. This encompasses leading and assisting in daily project activities, including requirement and design reviews, providing support for data migration pre- and post-load approvals, managing and supporting test events, overseeing cutover and go-live activities, and guaranteeing the timely completion of all tasks and deliverables.

Furthermore, the individual will lead Change Management (OCM) activities to ensure the successful adoption of process changes, and will schedule and manage training events for both key users and end users, utilizing a train-the-trainer approach. (Super or key users will conduct SAP end-user training).

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Leads the business team and ensures the timely completion of all business team deliverables.
* Leads and coordinates the execution of daily business project activities.
* Provides timely business decisions and approvals.
* Ensures timely completion of project business tasks and provides regular project status updates.
* Develops a communication plan to lead and assist business team activities.
* Leads Change Management (OCM) activities, applying the ADKAR approach to support the adoption of process changes.
* Coordinates and leads training events, ensuring training plans are followed to completion.
* Organizes and leads end-user training using a train-the-trainer approach (key users train end users).
* Leads and supports the business team in design reviews and approvals, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.

**Qualifications:**

* Team lead experience (minimum 3 years).
* Solid business process knowledge is essential.
