**Job Summary:**

The Business Development Specialist is responsible for executing client acquisition strategies, facilitating the onboarding of real estate partners, and ensuring their active participation in listing and managing properties on our platform. This position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of growth objectives through effective engagement and account management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a robust understanding of the real estate market, and demonstrable experience with digital or PropTech platforms.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Identify and engage property developers, brokers, and agencies to promote the platform and articulate its value proposition.
* Guide new clients through the platform onboarding process, ensuring effective utilization for property listing and management.
* Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships to foster retention and facilitate long-term collaboration.
* Conduct research, qualify leads, and manage the business pipeline to ensure sustained growth.
* Deliver tailored presentations and platform demonstrations to prospective clients and partners.
* Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for business expansion.
* Maintain accurate client interactions and data within the CRM system, ensuring timely and comprehensive reporting.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance client experience and disseminate relevant market insights.
* Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to new client acquisition, active listings, and engagement levels.
* Monitor account activity and proactively encourage renewals, upgrades, and continued client engagement.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing comprehensive support and ensuring a seamless platform experience.

**Qualifications:**

* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* **Work Experience:** Two to three years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within PropTech, real estate, or SaaS industries.
* Demonstrated success in client onboarding and platform engagement.

**Required Skills:**

* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in relationship management and a client-centric approach to customer success.
* Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
* Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple client relationships concurrently.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is considered advantageous.
* A strong interest in technology, digital platforms, and the real estate industry.
