Job Description:The Lead Generation and Sales Specialist is responsible for the identification, qualification, and conversion of new business opportunities pertaining to the company’s manpower services. This position requires the incumbent to conduct research on prospective clients, initiate contact with potential leads, cultivate client relationships, and finalize sales agreements, ensuring alignment with the company’s target market and service offerings.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
**1. Lead Generation:**
* Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential client organizations or decision-makers with manpower service requirements.
* Develop standardized outreach templates and utilize relevant platforms and tools, such as LinkedIn, industry databases, and CRM systems, to acquire contact information and compile prospect lists.
* Participate in industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to generate leads and establish professional relationships.
* Initiate introductory communication with prospects via electronic mail, telephone, and social media channels to promote the company’s service offerings.
**2. Lead Qualification:**
* Evaluate potential clients’ needs, budgetary constraints, project timelines, and decision-making processes to ascertain their suitability for the company’s services.
* Apply a standardized qualification framework, such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline), to efficiently assess leads.
* Maintain and update the CRM system with comprehensive lead information, interaction logs, and qualification status updates.
* Monitor and report key performance indicators, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and overall pipeline growth.
**3. Sales Closure:**
* Develop proposals, manage negotiations, and collaborate with internal teams as necessary to finalize sales agreements.
* Meet or exceed established annual sales goals and contribute to the organization’s overall revenue growth.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 3+ years of proven experience in lead generation, sales development, or a similar role, preferably in the B2B manpower services industry.
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify and evaluate potential leads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
- Proficiency in English
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
