Job Description
Job Objective:
To manage the development of annual strategic and business plans and ensure alignment of all division/departmental plans with corporate strategy. develop and manage the implementation of company performance management system and recommend and manage performance improvement initiatives in compliance with company strategies and operational priorities.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
01. Provide direction, advice and coaching to the division heads in performing their delegated responsibilities and monitor their achievements.
02. participate in developing strategy and the business plan and manage the strategy execution.
03. Review all periodic performance reports prepared by division heads and consolidated departments performance reports.
04. Ensure that staff acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate training programs to achieve the target.
05. Manage and monitor the departments projects and programs to achieve set performance targets and objectives
06. Participate in development of long-term economic evaluations and financial analysis for new projects related to production variable and capital costs.
07. Manage the formulation and implementation of the planning at performance management strategy at the company
08. Lead the development of the company’s annual business and operating plans.
09. Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related products market trends.
10. Provide feedback to management regarding competitive prospects needs and generate new product development ideas.
11. Formulate guidelines for the development of departmental business plans and ensure the departmental KPI‘s are set
12. Ensure the department strategic plans and objectives are updated and aligned with the company’s overall strategy
13. Recommend and manage improvements to corporate and business policies processes and procedures and ensure alignment with industry best practices and applicable laws and regulations.
14. Monitor and ensure implementation of solution to the gaps identified through the company’s performance management.
15. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.
