(Business Development Specialist)
Responsibilities
• Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments with potential clients to understand their learning and development goals.
• Present offerings to clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts to potential clients, negotiating terms as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors’ offerings to provide informed and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
Skills:
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the learning and development industry.
Experience 2+ years of experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tool
