Job Description:**Business Development Representative (Spanish Speaking) Opportunity at Armis**

Armis, a distinguished cyber exposure management and security company, is currently seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) proficient in Spanish to join our team. As a BDR at Armis, you will assume a pivotal role in cultivating a robust pipeline of qualified leads for our field sales team, thereby contributing significantly to the company’s overall revenue growth.

**Position Details:**

* **Location:** Hybrid position based in Austin, Texas
* **Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate closely with Account Executives to identify and engage key stakeholders within targeted accounts, schedule qualified prospect meetings, and develop targeted pipeline within the respective territory.
* Cultivate relationships with prospective customers through outbound engagement strategies, including email campaigns, cold calls, social media interactions, and participation in in-person events, leveraging a suite of marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce (SFDC) and Outreach. It is expected that you will be making approximately 50-100 calls per day
* Collaborate with fellow BDR team members to exchange best practices and success stories.
* **Qualifications:**
* Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in sales/business development or full-cycle sales.
* Proficiency in Salesforce.
* Demonstrated experience in cold calling.
* Ability to travel quarterly for internal meetings and regional/global events.
* Exceptional customer skills, including communication, empathy, and integrity.
* Proven ability to meet and exceed quotas and goals.
* Familiarity with the SaaS business landscape.
* A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
* Fluency in Spanish.

**Compensation:**

The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000 – $75,000 USD. This range does not encompass other forms of compensation or benefits offered by Armis, such as bonuses, commissions, and comprehensive health insurance.
