Job Description:**Business Development Responsibilities:**
This position encompasses a comprehensive range of activities designed to expand market presence and cultivate client relationships. These responsibilities include conducting market research and generating qualified leads, engaging with clients and managing relationships, providing sales and proposal support, contributing to strategic development, and ensuring accurate reporting and coordination. Specific duties involve identifying new business opportunities in domestic and international markets, researching industry trends and competitive landscapes, developing and maintaining relationships with clients through meetings and presentations, assisting in the preparation of quotations and proposals, exploring strategic partnerships, recommending product improvements based on market feedback, maintaining records of business development activities, and providing regular reports on sales forecasts and market conditions.
**Required Qualifications:**
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline. Furthermore, a minimum of two to five years of relevant experience in business development, industrial sales, or project marketing is required. Demonstrated understanding of B2B markets, particularly within metal casting, heavy equipment, or manufacturing sectors, is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are also necessary, along with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
