Job Description:**Business Development Manager – Payroll Services (UAE)**

Ebury, a global financial technology firm committed to facilitating international expansion for businesses through bespoke and innovative financial solutions, seeks a highly motivated Business Development Manager to enhance the market presence of our Vayroll payroll platform within the United Arab Emirates. Founded in 2009, Ebury has cultivated a diverse and expansive global presence, encompassing over 1,700 professionals across more than 40 offices and 29 markets.

This role, offered through our subsidiary, Trans Skills, a licensed Human Capital Services firm specializing in comprehensive, client-centric B2B solutions, will be pivotal in driving sales growth and cultivating strong client relationships. Trans Skills, acquired by Ebury Partners in 2023 while maintaining operational autonomy, is deeply attuned to the needs and expectations of both clients and candidates within the UAE market.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to promote Vayroll payroll services and achieve established revenue targets.
* Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive networking, targeted outreach, referrals, and participation in relevant industry events.
* Articulate the features and benefits of Vayroll to prospective clients, demonstrating its capacity to streamline payroll processes and enhance regulatory compliance.
* Establish and maintain robust, enduring relationships with clients, ensuring optimal satisfaction and fostering client retention.
* Collaborate effectively with operations and implementation teams to facilitate seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
* Maintain current knowledge of payroll technology trends, competitor offerings, and evolving UAE payroll regulations.
* Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contractual terms, and finalize sales agreements.
* Provide comprehensive reports on sales performance and market trends to management.

**Qualifications & Experience:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of five (5) years of progressive sales experience, preferably within the payroll, HR technology, or SaaS sectors.
* Demonstrated expertise in UAE payroll processes, compliance requirements, and pertinent labor laws.
* Verifiable history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is considered a significant advantage.
